Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Decoreamz! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below for details about our shipping process, costs, and timelines.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all provinces within Canada, with the following exceptions:

  • We do not deliver to the territories: Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), and Yukon (YT)
  • We do not ship to FPO, APO, or P.O. Box addresses
  • We are unable to deliver to postal codes starting with:
    A0K, A0P, A0R, A2V, G0G, G4T, J0M, R0B, T0P, T0V, V0T, V0L, V0V, V0W, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0G, X0E, X1A, Y0A, Y0B, Y1A

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • If your item is in stock, it usually ships out the next business day after payment is received

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped
  • If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers

Note: In rare cases, external factors such as extreme weather or other force majeure events may delay processing and delivery. We will process your order as quickly as possible once conditions permit.


Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over C$100 (before tax), unless your address falls under an excluded postal code or region listed above
  • For orders under C$100, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and item weight

Sales Tax on Shipping

In accordance with Canadian tax law, applicable provincial and federal sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Your final invoice will include all taxes where applicable.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation Email with your order details
  • A Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information once your order ships

You can track your package directly through the shipping carrier's website using the provided tracking number.


Email Notifications

Occasionally, customers find that our emails may end up in their Promotions, Spam, or Junk folders. To ensure you receive important updates like order confirmations, tracking details, and customer support responses, please mark contact@decoreamz.com as a safe sender in your email settings.


Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your items securely, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.

To report a damaged item, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage
  • The packaging (if applicable)

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a product does not meet your expectations or was ordered incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer once the order has shipped.
